If you received the wrong item we will gladly exchange that for you provided the item you intended to purchase is in stock. Exchanges are not available for custom printed items.

If you contact us through our chat bot or contact form we can get your exchange started.

A return label will be generated for you to return the wrong item and we will duplicate your order with a new tracking number and order number to ship you the item you are exchanging.
