Please note, that even after you cancel your account, you will still receive any order that is already paid for and/or shipped. Please contact us to set up a return and refund process for shipped items.
You can cancel your subscriptions at any time however early cancelations are subject to a cancelation fee. Any subscriptions that do not complete 2 shipments will incur an early chan cancelation fee of $6.00. Ending your subscription after 2 or more shipments is not charged an early cancelation fee to cancel.
You can edit your subscription service duration/frequency, change styles or cancel service through your order management page. If you have any trouble contact us via email and our customer care team will help get your subscription cancelled.
