Wrong Item Shipments & Exchanges

If you received the wrong item we will gladly exchange that for you provided the item you intended to purchase is in stock. Otherwise we will issue a full refund for the mis-shipped item and pay for the return postage to Us.

The deadline for exchanging an item is 15days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Please note: Exchanges are not available for custom printed items.
