If you received the wrong item we will gladly exchange that for you provided the item you intended to purchase is in stock.
Otherwise we will issue a full refund for the mis-shipped item and pay for the return postage to Us.
The deadline for exchanging an item is 15 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Please note: Exchanges are not available for custom printed items.
