Where's my International order?

Unfortunately Not All International orders are trackable once they have left the US.
Please check with your local postal service at 10-15 business days after shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Issues with International orders:
1 - Tracking not updating due to lack of scanning in host country
2 - International delivery times can be delayed because recipient not notified of package being held for customs

When the destination country receives your package they might not scan it.

If you see this as your order's last scan it does NOT mean it is still in the US only that it has departed from that location:
Departed USPS Regional Facility
Your item departed our USPS facility in (location). The item is currently in transit to the destination.

PLEASE NOTE: "The item is currently in transit to the destination." means that the package is no longer in the USA.
This is the last scan the package receives then it's up to the receiving country to scan the package but as many countries have their own systems they do not scan the item but assign it a new tracking number.

I strongly recommend that you contact the local post office as they might be holding it for customs. They should notify you, but call the local post office and ask if a package is being held for you.

Please note: International Shipping costs are non-refundable.
