Only you can see where your tracker is under normal use.
EXCEPTION: When you turn on “Lost Mode” can your device be discovered by others.
Even so Apple anonymizes the data and only notifies users nearby that a “Lost item” is near them and each individual user can choose to respond or not. If they do then the only information the other users will see is what you left on the “Lost Mode” setting when setting up your device.
