If you’ve lost connection with your Tracker it could be that the device is off or an update on your device or Find My App has caused the connection to be lost. If you are not sure the best thing to do is reset your Tracker.
- Press the Tracker power button 5 times within 2 seconds.
- The Tracker will beep and the device will power down
- Now hold the power button down for 5 seconds and it will power back on
- Follow the instructions for Connecting your Tracker to the “Find My” App again
